JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead in business proposals
  • Review of tender contractual requirements
  • Maintain and develop relations with clients, sub-consultants and business partners
  • Conduct market research on potential projects through business connections along with competitors analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
  • Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD etc. Knowledge in SketchUp will be an advantage.
