Responsibilities:

  • Promote product lines by highlighting unique selling points and demonstrating value to potential clients.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility through B2B events and networking sessions.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, comparing target vs. actual performance, and present these to the Sales Manager in Singapore to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop concept proposals, detailed specifications, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Strive to meet or exceed sales turnover targets by diligently following up on leads and closing sales.
  • Build and maintain trust with End Users, System Integrators, and Cabling Installers by offering professional pre-sales and post-sales services.
  • Provide basic technical support to help clients understand and use our products effectively.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product lines.
  • Deliver presentations, both internally and externally, to educate stakeholders on our products’ features and benefits.
  • Work closely with the Design, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to improve product quality and service.
  • Conduct weekly sales visits to System Integrators, Distributors, and End Users to build relationships and gather market intelligence.
  • Provide detailed weekly sales visit reports to the Sales Manager in Singapore, outlining activities, insights, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection.
  • Prepare general reports and provide administrative support as required.Execute any additional duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time to support the company’s goals.
