Description:

Must:

  • Proven ability to generate significant revenue growth by acquiring new clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment or with a fast-paced sales team
  • Willingness to visit clients and attend in-person meetings as needed
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and lead generation techniques in real estate

Should:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate or PropTech
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships

Could:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Real Estate)
  • Experience with data-driven sales strategies and market analysis
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market opportunities in real estate or PropTech
  • Background in strategic partnerships or business alliances within real estate

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Lu Suo, your mission will be to acquire new clients and significantly grow Fifth Dimension’s revenue base. You will:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet ambitious revenue targets
  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the real estate sector through outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target real estate companies
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and growth areas
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and continued client satisfaction
  • Track and report on key business development metrics and KPIs
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients, ensuring a win-win for both parties
