Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Must have banking and Finance knowledge
- Murex experience is preferable
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology.
- Strong network within banking, treasury, or financial institutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of goals and deliverables.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Knowledge of Murex, AI-based solutions, or treasury systems is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients in the banking, treasury, and fintech sectors.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
- Drive client acquisition efforts through effective communication, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for refining offerings and strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate product capabilities effectively to clients.
- Event Participation and Networking:
- Represent FinSurge at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
- Actively participate in networking opportunities to build FinSurge’s brand and presence in the fintech ecosystem.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and business development activities.
