Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Must have banking and Finance knowledge
  • Murex experience is preferable
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology.
  • Strong network within banking, treasury, or financial institutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of goals and deliverables.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Murex, AI-based solutions, or treasury systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Strategy:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients in the banking, treasury, and fintech sectors.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
  • Drive client acquisition efforts through effective communication, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Market Research and Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for refining offerings and strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate product capabilities effectively to clients.
  • Event Participation and Networking:
  • Represent FinSurge at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
  • Actively participate in networking opportunities to build FinSurge’s brand and presence in the fintech ecosystem.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
