• Lead And Participate In Market Survey, Intelligence, And Analysis.
• Collect And Analyze Information And Prepare Data And Sales Reports.
• Prepare And Deliver Appropriate Presentations On Products And Services.
• Ability To Coordinate With Other Departments On Client-Related Matters
• Directing Client Complaints Or Complex Queries To Relevant Departments In A Timely Manner.
• Evaluate, Propose, Develop And Implement Short-Term Business Plans In Line With Market Trends And Company’s Business Objectives For Business Growth
• Gather Feedback From Customers Or Prospects And Share With Internal Teams.
• Meet With Potential Clients To Determine Their Needs
• Stay Current With Trends And Competitors To Identify Improvements Or Recommend New Product
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service To Clients And Business Partners Via Call And Email
• Complete All Assigned Tasks On Timely Manner.
• Proactive In Liaising With Various Departments To Resolve Issues.
• Strong Attention To Detail And Patience To Client’s Enquiry.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
