JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding market trends, and developing strategies to expand the organization’s reach. The Business Development Executive is a critical link between the company’s products or services and the market, contributing to revenue growth and overall business expansion.
As a Business Development Executive, your compensation structure will include a modest base salary of AED 2,500, complemented by an attractive commission scheme where your earning potential will be directly tied to the size of the projects you secure. This structure offers significant opportunities for high-performing individuals to maximize their income while driving business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a valid Driver’s license as well as a car.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and deal-closing skills is highly valuable.
  • A deep understanding of the industry and market trends is essential for identifying opportunities and staying competitive.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Business Development Executives should be adaptable and willing to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align business development strategies with broader company objectives.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop informed business development strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Project-manage the leads you receive by planning and executing the requirements of said lead.
  • Work with the executive team to define business development goals and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
