Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As Business Development Executives you are a key part of our growth engine. You always meet your targets, you like to compete and love to win! Responsible for keeping our business development team well stacked and to ensure customer satisfaction, you keep the engine running at a high pace. This opportunity will teach you how to successfully manage a complex B2B sales process and to become a master of key account management tasks in a thriving tech startup.

MAIN TASKS

  • Create new sales leads and partnership opportunities from a variety of prospecting channels, make cold calls and book meetings.
  • Persistently and thoroughly follow up your business pipeline and CRM, build lasting relationships and assist Operations in on-boarding new clients to our platform.
  • Account management of clients and partnerships - consult them about the upsale on our platform while building brand awareness and spreading the core values of our vision.
  • Upsell existing Giftano products and services.
  • Renegotiate merchants’ existing contracts where needed.
  • Assist current merchants with technical support and other merchant success related areas.
  • Collaborate with merchants on collateral marketing efforts as well as internally with the Giftano marketing department.
  • Communicate and execute updates from existing Giftano merchants in regards to gift and product updates.
  • Ensure merchant’s assets such as images and descriptions are up to date and of the utmost highest quality.
