Description:

OB TITLE: ACCOUNTING, BOOKKEEPING, AND SALES REPRESENTATIVEJOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Sales Representative will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and driving sales to meet business objectives. This hybrid role requires strong skills in accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and an ability to effectively engage with customers to promote products or services.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is preferred, but not always required with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or sales is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and internal reporting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term business relationships.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in B2B sales or retail sales.
  • Accounting Certification: A certification like CPA or Bookkeeping Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to juggle both financial management and sales tasks effectively.

    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING:

  • Record Financial Transactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage Invoices and Payments: Ensure that all invoices are accurate and payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Payroll Records: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring proper deductions and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare Tax Documentation: Help prepare and organize documentation for tax filings, working closely with tax preparers or accountants.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Sales Calls/Meetings: Conduct outbound sales calls, attend meetings, and follow up with prospects to close deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products or services to effectively explain features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through various channels (referrals, cold calls, networking events, etc.).
  • Prepare Quotes and Proposals: Generate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements and negotiate pricing where appropriate.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Assist with Billing and Collections: Work with clients and customers to ensure that accounts are paid on time and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain Customer Databases: Update customer information and sales records in the company’s CRM or database system.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth business processes and customer satisfaction.
