Description:

Ontime Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the homecare industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience as a Business Development Executive in the homecare industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of the homecare market and industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the homecare sector
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitors
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulations
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge
