As a growing company, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our business and reach new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry and HORECA sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own transportation

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to reach potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor market changes and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company
