Description:

REQUIREMENT:

  • Degree or Diploma (with experience) in any related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and a good problem-solver.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to understand clients’ business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable in using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Skilled in utilizing Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and photo editing is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Account & Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.Understand clients’ needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.Managing new and existing client accounts.Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  1. Sales Target Achievements:
  • Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
  • Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
  1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
