Description:

Imbued General Trading LLC is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in candles, hospitality supplies, eco-friendly products, biodegradable packaging, safety PPE, and uniforms. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales, develop strong business relationships, and expand our market presence across the UAE and the Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector.
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE and Middle East market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required; having own car is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitality, safety PPE, and eco-friendly product sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product sourcing, customization, and order fulfillment.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand brand presence.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
