The Retail Sales Team at Incisive Media is seeking a hands-on Business Development Executive to help achieve our sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for growing a network of direct customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience and encouraging them to return, all while we continue to lead in our field.
As a Business Development Executive, you will identify sales opportunities within the Wealth Management and Independent Financial Adviser sectors across the UK. You’ll receive support to build your own client list, with ample opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s growth.
This role requires a strong desire to succeed, a drive to achieve personal and team targets, and a willingness to take initiative. You will work closely with both the sales and support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate your own leads and opportunities.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to align with company and team growth goals.
  • Develop expertise in the ‘Investment Week’ and ‘Professional Adviser’ industries to better understand and serve our customers and prospects.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Build a self-generated pipeline of opportunities through cold calling and other methods.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
