Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Skills & Competencies:
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify market trends.
o Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
o Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

· Client Acquisition & Outreach:
o Identify and research potential clients in the car services industry, including repair shops, car washes, rental agencies, and other related service providers.
o Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
o Present the mobile application’s value proposition and demonstrate how it can benefit their business.
· Relationship Building & Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
o Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
o Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
· Enrollment & Onboarding:
o Guide new clients through the enrollment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
o Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and technical concerns during setup.
o Develop training materials and resources to facilitate client usage of the mobile application.
· Market Strategy & Reporting:
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
o Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase platform adoption.
o Track, analyze, and report on business development metrics and client feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
· Collaboration & Teamwork:
o Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
o Share insights from client interactions to help refine product features and marketing strategies.
