Our company has a strong track record, widely recognized for excellence in customer service, diverse travel offerings, and a commitment to delivering tailored experiences. As we look to expand our reach and business, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to help drive our growth by establishing strategic partnerships and opening up new business opportunities both locally and internationally.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the tourism or hospitality industry.
· Strong network within the tourism industry, both locally (UAE) and internationally, with the ability to leverage existing relationships to bring tourists into the UAE and promote outbound travel services to other destinations.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to engage international clients and partners.
· A deep understanding of the Dubai and UAE tourism market, as well as international tourism trends, with the ability to navigate both inbound and outbound tourism needs.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both inbound and outbound tourism.
· Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for the tourism industry.
· A degree in Business, Tourism Management, or a related field is a plus, but relevant experience and a strong network are paramount.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

· Experience with B2B partnerships and developing corporate travel programs, both inbound and outbound.
· Familiarity with digital marketing and online travel trends, with the ability to incorporate these into business development strategies.
Existing international contacts in countries with high outbound tourism potential for the UAE, and vice versa, to ensure cross-border business growth

Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our tourism offerings, including both inbound tourism to the UAE and outbound travel from the UAE to global destinations.
· Develop and implement effective business development strategies to enhance the company’s market presence and increase revenue streams across both inbound and outbound tourism segments.
· Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including international tour operators, hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and corporate clients to facilitate tourism both into the UAE and from the UAE to international destinations.
· Leverage an existing network of contacts and establish new relationships in countries across the globe to bring international tourists to the UAE and to promote outbound tourism packages for UAE residents.
· Work closely with senior leadership to assess market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion, particularly focusing on international travel flows to and from the UAE.
· Conduct market research to identify potential tourism segments in both inbound and outbound markets and tailor services and offerings to meet client needs.
· Develop, manage, and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and attracting new clients for both inbound and outbound tourism services.
· Negotiate and close high-value contracts with both new and existing clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that support business objectives.
· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and exceptional service delivery.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure the smooth execution of services and operational activities.
· Track and report on business development KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management on the progress of business growth initiatives.
