JOB DESCRIPTION
ARIZ Global (part of The Rangrez Network) is a leading 360° marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, specializing in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, and content creation for a diverse clientele globally.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive with prior experience in a Marketing Services Agency to join our Business Development team to further the growth and expansion of our business by generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing partnerships that prioritizes business growth and positive customer ratings, playing one of the most vital roles in ARIZ Global with the following summary:
· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and marketing requirements.
· Proposal Development and Presentation: Conceptualize, prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that showcase the value proposition of our marketing services. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, analytics, commercial) to develop customized solutions that meet clients’ specific needs and objectives.
· Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining a competitive edge in the market. Close sales and secure new business opportunities, ensuring smooth transitions to the account management and delivery teams.
· Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets towards business growth. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
The ideal candidate will have high levels of Analytical Skills, Presentation & Communication Skills, Planning, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Client Relationships, Documentation Skills, Reporting Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Pressure Handling and Emotional Intelligence attributes.
