REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of Motor insurance is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce)

Responsibilities:

DUTIES

  • Provide motor insurance quotations and handle related requests from clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with insurers’ teams for underwriting, referrals, and appeals.
  • Promptly respond to Salesforce leads and customer queries.
  • Prepare and manage documents for completed transactions.
  • Support business growth and retention, and contribute to digitalization projects to enhance the quotation process.
