Description:

A Healthcare Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of healthcare services and solutions within the Abu Dhabi market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and promoting the company’s healthcare products and services to various stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence in the healthcare market.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s market position and service offerings.
  • Promote the company’s healthcare products and services through presentations, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
