The perfect candidate will be someone who is eager to play an active role in the growth of the business and happy to work as part of a small team and grow the business to achieve it’s goals. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, driven and can work as part of a team but also alone to ensure they meet and exceed the required KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business-to-business outbound lead generation through cold-calling and email outreach.
- Gather information about prospective customers’ current telecom setups.
- Book appointments for sales representatives to provide proposals.
- Ability to provide customer quotes and close deals over the phone would be advantageous.
- Develop a strong understanding of our business portfolio and communicate its benefits to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a database of leads and prospects using the company’s CRM system.
- Keep accurate records of activities and prospect data in the CRM.
- Always open to continuous improvement methods and embrace learning.
- Be adaptable to change and operate with efficiency.
