Job Advert
Reporting to the Partnerships Team Manager you will be responsible primarily for converting inbound leads, received from our various existing & new Partnerships, into completed sales applications, progressing them through the internal process, and liaising with the Partner Team Manager on the status / progress of these. In addition, there will a small degree of report generation and data compilation.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Converting inbound leads into completed sales applications
  • Liaising with Partnerships Team Manager on the status & progress of these inbound leads
  • Liaising with colleagues & Internal Teams
  • Some reporting and data interaction / summarizing

Qualifications & specialist training required:

  • Qualified to GCSE (or higher)
  • Grade A – C GCSE in Mathematics & English
  • Minimum 1 years working in a Sales, Channel Sales, or related Sales role (Direct or Telesales)

Experience required:

The essential skills/attributes are: -

  • Sales-centric focus and interest in Business Development
  • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to accommodate and prioritize occasional short notice requests
  • Be part of a Team and collaborate with colleagues in a modern office environment

Particular skills / aptitudes required:

  • Interest in and/or experience of Sales / Selling (either face to face or over the phone)
  • Represent and reflect the values of Radius
  • Comfortable talking on the phone / video calls
  • Microsoft Excel familiarity
  • Organized & able to dynamically prioritize workload
  • A background in the fuel or payments industry is welcomed, but certainly not essential
