Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a crucial role in generating a consistent pipeline of engaged buyers for Procare’s outsourced HR services. This will be achieved through attending industry events, leveraging existing networks, and engaging with “centers of influence” such as industry associations and partnerships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for Procare HR’s outsourced HR services.
- Attend regional and national industry events to connect with senior living decision-makers and refer them to Procare HR.
- Utilize existing network and develop new connections with executives in the senior living industry.
- Engage with “centers of influence” including industry associations and partnerships to build and maintain relationships.
- Continuously expand your network and maintain a robust rolodex of senior living executives.
During the interview process, we’ll ask candidates to share specific examples of deals they have closed in the senior living space and walk us through the deal process, including key decision-makers involved.
