REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
