Business Development Executive (Sales)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our presence in the local market by building strong relationships with merchants and driving business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in Mandarin.
• Personality Traits: Outgoing, confident, optimistic, and enthusiastic.
• Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Compensation: Salary includes basic pay, commission, and incentives.

• Market Expansion: Undertake the company’s comprehensive expansion goals for your local market.
• Merchant Outreach: Visit target merchants, introduce our platform, and invite merchants to onboard.
• Client Engagement: Understand client needs and offer solutions and support. Answer potential client questions, follow up on inquiries, and respond to client requests for proposals.
• Merchant Support: Complete backend settings to help merchants operate on our app and maintain a database of merchant information.
• Marketing Implementation: Organize and implement marketing promotion plans. Achieve regional GMV, revenue, and profit targets.
• Data Optimization: Identify issues from transaction data and continuously optimize strategies and plans.
• Operational Assistance: Assist merchants in resolving any operational issues and work to enhance the customer experience.
• Growth Opportunities: Be proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial in seeking new growth opportunities for the restaurants you work with.
