Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing in the Events industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field.
  • Good technical background and SaaS products knowledge.
  • Strong soft skills in communication, negotiation and problem solving.
  • Sales acumen and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Strong skills in networking and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Market analysis and trends knowledge is a plus.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated sales person with a hunter mentality and a strong understanding of the events industry in the region. You will help us acquire new client and revenue growth targets by reaching potential clients by all means necessary. You will be responsible for maximizing sales, crafting sales plans and meeting monthly targets set by management, as well as communicating effectively with the Operations team for delivery and execution of contracted products and services.
You will focus on acquiring medium and large accounts valued at SAR 50,000+ These are mostly either large events, agencies (events & marketing) and government entities, so prior experience selling to similar organisations is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, cold calling and market research.
  • Generate and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
  • Understand client needs and create tailored technical presentations that match their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to discuss product offerings and close sales deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets & performance metrics and ensure high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing, sales and operations teams providing feedback on market insights and opportunities to align with business objectives.
