‎QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2 - 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the engineering or technical sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling business proposals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Strong network in the electrical engineering or related industries.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • ‎The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales initiatives within the electrical engineering sector.

‎KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the electrical engineering industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide technical insights and support during sales meetings and client discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM software.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client requirements and business goals.
  • Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close business deals effectively.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and business development activities.
