QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2 - 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the engineering or technical sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling business proposals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Strong network in the electrical engineering or related industries.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales initiatives within the electrical engineering sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the electrical engineering industry.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide technical insights and support during sales meetings and client discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM software.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client requirements and business goals.
- Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close business deals effectively.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and business development activities.
