YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Enterprise Sales Experience

  • Proven success in sales with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong track record as a “deal closer” in enterprise sales.
  • Expertise in navigating large enterprise organizations and complex sales processes.
  • Ability to trigger interest with Syntho’s unique value proposition and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Experience building trust and rapport with senior decision-makers.

B2B Solution Sales Expertise

  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions, particularly enterprise software.
  • Ability to quickly learn and sell a highly technical product.
  • Understanding of data privacy challenges and the ability to position Syntho as a solution to these issues.
  • A customer-centric mindset focused on solving client pain points and delivering exceptional service.

Sales Process Leadership

  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with a structured approach.
  • Skilled at standardizing and scaling sales processes.
  • Ownership of your sales territory, with the ability to drive strategic growth.
  • Ability to build new initiatives that can be replicated at scale.

Entrepreneurial & Tech Startup Spirit

  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Hands-on in terms of executing initiatives by yourself
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a startup setting where processes are still being shaped.
  • Experience with smart sales tools and the ambition to make the sales process scalable.
  • Desire to help build and shape Syntho’s sales organization.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in driving Syntho’s growth. You’ll focus on enterprise sales, guiding prospects through the sales process with a goal of closing high-value deals. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape and grow Syntho’s sales organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the sales process, with a focus on enterprise sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring smooth navigation through internal processes.
  • Introduce urgency and strategic initiatives to accelerate deal closures.
  • Translate technical value of our solutions into business value.
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to extend in existing markets and to penetrate new markets.
  • Utilize cutting-edge sales tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
