The Role:
As part of theexisting business development team your remit will be to focus on creatingleads via outbound telephone calls for new business opportunities in yourassigned territories, introducing them to Agilico and building the initialrelationships. You’ll nurture theserelationships before passing them across to the area sales team, working incollaboration to help us achieve our new business growth targets.
Although a keyfocus will be on generating new business opportunities you’ll also work withour existing clients to provide effective account management, whilst alsoraising awareness of our value add services. You will also be working alongside our marketing team on effective campaigns.

EXPERIENCE &QUALIFICATIONS

  • Telesales experience B2B essential, experience within the managed print servicessector would be advantageous
  • Excellent relationship building skills and customer service excellence
  • Experience of working with CRM systems essential

Responsibilities:

  • To call potentialcustomers with an aim to prospect for new business
  • To demonstrate anability to up-sell and cross-sell other products and services
  • To gather marketand customer information by acquiring interest and then collating theinformation from customers in order to create a sales opportunity
  • Ensure allinformation gathered for any customer is managed efficiently within the CRMsystem
  • To represent thebusiness in a professional manner at all times
  • Working as part ofan experienced telesales team and reporting into the team leader
  • To positively approach prospecting to maximise sales revenues, meet and exceed targets and KPIs that are set
  • Building andmaintaining a strong pipeline
  • To attend trainingwhen required
  • To adhere andpromote the company values
