Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the software industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, and utilizing digital marketing tools.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value of our software solutions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software; provide regular reports to management.
