Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target New Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, introducing them to our products/services, and setting up meetings or presentations.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Independence: Work independently to manage your pipeline, schedule, and priorities, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
