Description:
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional, fluent in either French or Spanish (with proficiency in Italian a plus) to join our UK-based team and help drive our expansion across Western Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within retail-tech, workforce management, or SaaS sectors, or significant experience in driving regional sales in the retail industry with an aptitude for systems. What matters most is your ability to quickly establish yourself as a credible business developer, capable of managing the entire sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and handling RFPs to negotiating contracts and closing deals—by effectively demonstrating how our solutions addresses our clients’ challenges.
While we embrace flexible working arrangements, you will be required to attend our London office from time to time and/or for team meetings. As you would expect, this is a varied and fast-paced service driven role, so you will need to be flexible and able to travel internationally and within Europe, sometimes at short notice.

Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
The role of Business Development Executive is to successfully build and grow the sales pipeline for StoreForce across Western Europe.
The measures of success will be the generating, qualifying and conversion of retail leads to ongoing business accounts and revenue generation.
You will therefore be responsible for a 360 sales cycle from sales generation to close including:
- Research, create and follow up on new business opportunities using a range of tools.
- Successfully lead the entire sales lifecycle following sales processes.
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to ensure response to prospect’s key challenges and goals.
- Maintain individual sales account plans and information within CRM (Salesforce).
- Prepare responses to RFP’s and RFQ’s.
- Effectively negotiate and represent the business through negotiations maintaining price structure.
- Help with planning prospect and client meetings as part of a wider team;
- Support PR initiatives, inbound campaigns, and content creation to support both the in-house marketing team and 3rd party marketing companies;
- Plan and represent the business at trade show and events;
- Build reports to help track Marketing and Sales activity.
