Description:

KeyNest is an innovative start-up that provides an essential service at the heart of the sharing economy: a place to store your keys temporarily so that they can be easily shared with Airbnb guests, family and friends, cleaners, maintenance, estate agents, car renters, etc. Every year, millions of KeyNest users collect their keys from one of 7,000 KeyNest points across the globe.
We are looking for an ambitious, committed Sales Associate France who is eager to take on new challenges. The successful candidate will work on the French market, is able to come up with initiatives themselves, but also makes the most of collaborating with other Sales colleagues who focus on different geographies.

Tasks

  • Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and prospects through research, networking, and creative strategies to expand our client base across the various sectors we operate in.
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls and cold outreach via email, social media, and other channels to potential clients in the short-term rental sector, as well as other markets, including real estate, property management, social housing providers, and hotels.
  • Innovative Sales Strategies: Think critically and propose new approaches to identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients. Test and implement strategies to improve client acquisition efforts.
  • Meeting Preparation & Execution: Prepare, schedule, and lead meetings with potential clients, effectively presenting our value proposition and understanding client needs to close deals.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure we meet their evolving needs. Stay close to clients post-signing, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their long-term satisfaction with our services.
  • Feedback Sharing: Actively collaborate with the wider sales team, sharing key insights and feedback gathered from client interactions to continuously improve outreach strategies and sales processes.Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and sales activities, ensuring that all progress is tracked and reported to management.

Requirements

  • Confident self-starter who is ready to take on responsibilities
  • Ambitious candidate who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Native in French is a must, spoken & written.
  • Excellent communicator who can effectively demonstrate KeyNest’s value proposition and build long-lasting relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prior experience is not required but a plusSomeone sharing our values; being supportive, resourceful, taking ownership and is reliable and pragmatic.
