OVERVIEW

We are looking for a sales-driven and goal-oriented professional to support our partnerships team in onboarding relevant partners within our platform. You will work closely with our Partnerships Leads to foster effective campaigns. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to develop and execute partnership programs and opportunities. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, and has a good understanding of our customers to create meaningful and successful partnerships.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferably some experience in business development, sales, and/or a related field. Relevant experience within an academic setting can also be considered.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attributes: Self-starter, fast learner, good people skills, and emotional intelligence who can excel working across a spectrum of internal and external stakeholders to deliver new initiatives and projects. Intrinsically motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Commitment to Quality: Committed to providing a high standard of work and seeks continual improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners for short-term ad-hoc exclusive tie-ups, long-term benefits, and strategic collaborations.
  • Onboarding & Journey Management: Onboard users, drivers into our platform.
  • Campaign Analysis: Forecast, measure, and present the results of partnership campaigns, including but not limited to co-branded content and joint acquisition campaigns.
  • Documentation & Records Management: Maintain good records of all partnership agreements and ensure timely updates of contact database, contracts, documents, and presentations.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market, and differentiate us from the competition.
  • Proposal Analysis: Analyze partnership proposals, assess the merits of the partnership, and propose recommendations on possible partnerships.
  • Enquiry Management: Manage partner enquiries and collaborate with them to achieve goals and objectives.
