THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Digital Platforms division within VML Health Enterprise Solutions and partner with some of the world’s leading healthcare organizations. You will drive the division’s growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing and prospective clients. This involves generating new business through inbound and outbound activities and overseeing the entire sales cycle. You will act as a consultant, understanding client needs and showcasing how our digital solutions can address their challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand commercial relationships with key pharmaceutical companies globally.
  • Manage client accounts, driving revenue growth and adoption of our services and innovations.
  • Proactively generate leads through various channels and expand our client base.
  • Develop compelling proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Actively listen to and interpret client needs, providing valuable insights to the internal team.
  • Collaborate closely with UK-based project delivery teams.
  • Manage contractual aspects of your accounts, including SOWs and MSAs.
  • Report on new business development to the Commercial Director and leadership team.
