Team Overview:
Are you a proactive, data-driven individual with a passion for uncovering insights and driving impact? As a Business Development Intern, you’ll dive deep into data, collaborate closely with senior analysts, and have a direct hand in shaping business strategies. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional teams, from marketing to operations, and be expected to excel in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Role Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Support the gathering and analysis of relevant business data using tools like Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics.
  • Supporting Strategic Projects: Assisting with key initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and driving company growth.
  • Competitive Analysis: Assist in analyzing the competition and market to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Conducting Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, improvement opportunities, and strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Working closely with marketing, operations, and finance to support their data needs and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Monitoring Performance: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the effectiveness of campaigns and processes.
  • Building Dashboards: Developing and maintaining dashboards that visualize key metrics to aid in decision-making.
  • Contributing to Strategy Sessions: Participating in team meetings to provide data insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Providing Quick Insights: Responding to ad hoc data requests from various departments to support timely decision-making.
  • Report Development: Create and present reports that reflect the platform’s performance and the effectiveness of our marketing and operational campaigns.

Role Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Relevant Educational Background: Final-year student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Data Tools: Experience using Excel, SQL, and/or Google Analytics to gather and analyze data.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in data accuracy and report development.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Experience with Market Research: Understanding of market research techniques and competitive analysis is a plus.
  • Interest in Food Delivery Industry: Familiarity or interest in the food delivery sector is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced English Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English (preferred).
