JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ CONSULTANT – LEGAL SERVICES

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Languages: Multilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage.
Experience: 2-5 years in a legal firm in Saudi Arabia, with strong expertise in international contracts, drafting articles of association, and knowledge of labor and company laws.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven track record in business development within a legal firm in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong expertise in drafting international contracts, and articles of association, and providing advice on labor and company laws.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• In-depth understanding of legal services, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
