Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partnership Development: Identify potential partners and alliances that align with the company’s strategic goals. Negotiate and establish partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Product & Solution Advocacy: Work closely with the product team to understand the company’s offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present business development reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics, to the executive team.
  • Event & Conference Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
