We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you are passionate about business development and eager to take on new challenges in one of the most vibrant markets in the world, apply and join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships within the region. Outbound sales activities are one of the main responsibilities for this position.

Candidate profile:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, IT, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic or Polish as added value but not mandatory

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively source and identify new business opportunities in the Gulf region through various channels. Outbound sales activities are one of the main responsibilities for this position
  • Efficiently manage inbound leads, transforming them into tangible business prospects
  • Identify key industry events and forums for the company to participate in
  • Attend and represent the company at regional conferences and industry gatherings
  • Cooperate closely with local sales and consulting teams
