JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Position Title: Business Development Manager
  • Working Location: Senoko
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $8,000 + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients to expand market reach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to craft mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Negotiate terms of contracts with clients and engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure that contractual terms are met effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback and competitor strategies to enhance business decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and internal executives.
  • Design and enforce business processes and policies that support the overall operational structure.
  • Continuously fill the sales pipeline by identifying and adding qualified prospects.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to facilitate sustained business growth.
  • Track and report on the progress and status of various proposal components.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the pricing department to develop competitive rate proposals.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Draft and finalize sales contracts for execution.
