JOB DESCRIPTION

- Position Title: Business Development Manager
- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $8,000 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients to expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership.
- Coordinate with sales teams to craft mutually beneficial proposals.
- Negotiate terms of contracts with clients and engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project teams to ensure that contractual terms are met effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and competitor strategies to enhance business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and internal executives.
- Design and enforce business processes and policies that support the overall operational structure.
- Continuously fill the sales pipeline by identifying and adding qualified prospects.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to facilitate sustained business growth.
- Track and report on the progress and status of various proposal components.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the pricing department to develop competitive rate proposals.
- Lead the sales cycle from initiation to closure.
- Draft and finalize sales contracts for execution.
