ABOUT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in the marketing agency business. In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth, forge partnerships, and expand our client portfolio in the digital marketing services sector. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of marketing dynamics, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and closing deals in the agency business segment.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand clients’ marketing needs and develop tailored solutions that drive results through digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, to meet and exceed targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
  • Create and refine pitch decks and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions, solution offerings, and competitive differentiation to clients and prospects.
  • Develop and customize solutions and proposals that address clients’ unique needs and challenges, leveraging expertise in marketing services capabilities.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to stakeholders, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to address their evolving marketing challenges and objectives .
