JOB SUMMARY:
Anton Solution Group Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key partners, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SME solutions and business support services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Anton Solution Group Ltd’s client base and market reach.
- Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships to drive business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with the company’s objectives and profitability goals.
- Drive strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Represent Anton Solution Group Ltd at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade exhibitions.
