JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with Microsoft CSP partners to engage with end-users and identify opportunities for upselling. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good command of Dutch and French
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and CSP program.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of cloud services and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Microsoft CSP partners to develop and execute strategies for engaging with end-users.
  • Identify and analyze potential upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and end-users.
  • Present and demonstrate Microsoft solutions to end-users, highlighting the benefits and potential for upsell.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
