Description:
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturday
Monthly Salary Ranges: S$6,500 to S$7,800
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in microbiology (preferred) or relevant field.
- Proven track record in achieving defined sales revenue and driving business growth YOY.
- Excellent understanding of the pet industry and consumer behaviors.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the pet industry.
- Interpersonal solid, innovative, and well-rounded approach to drive sales and develop strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Developing Business Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, target sectors, and potential partnerships to enhance the company’s market position. Formulate and implement effective business development strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Your efforts will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new clients. Your ability to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals will directly impact the company’s customer base and profitability, keeping you motivated and goal-oriented.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal sales, marketing and operations functions to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Networking and Representation: Actively engage with industry leaders and potential clients to promote the company’s brand and services.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on business development activities and progress against targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape will keep you engaged and committed to your role.
