REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience in selling software services
- Experience in working with complex enterprise accounts
- Good understanding of the software market as well as modern IT software stack
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent verbal written, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Fluency in English (C1) – written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (primarily to the USA & Europe) for meetings & conferences

YOUR ROLE IN OUR JOURNEY
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing our existing accounts while also hunting for new business opportunities within the automotive industry. From Smart Mobility to IoT, you’ll be the linchpin in forging meaningful partnerships that drive the digital revolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients in the automotive industry
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure continuity of projects and contracts for long-term client satisfaction
- Generate leads and prospect potential new customers
- Prepare proposals with support from pre-sales and engineering teams
- Conduct meetings and presentations with automotive industry clients
- Qualify, execute, and close business opportunities with minimal supervision
- Analyze market trends to provide valuable insights and position our solutions effectively
- Participate actively in international conferences and exhibitions
- Support marketing activities related to the automotive sector
