Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Our client is looking for their first Business Developer to join the German team and help them make an emerging player in the German market.
As one of the first members of our team in Munich, you will be a cornerstone of this new adventure!So, what would you be part of?
Reporting to the Country Manager Germany , you will participate in the definition and execution of the business development strategy, bring new leads with high potential and contribute to our aim of becoming a key player on the local market.
To be successful in your mission, you will have to interact and work with various internal Business Units (Sales, Marketing, Business Tech, etc.).

AND, WHAT WILL YOU DO EXACTLY?

  • Search for new business opportunities using any relevant mean (phone, email, linkedin, professional network…) and qualify inbound demand generated by the Marketing Team.
  • Deeply understand the needs of our potential clients in Germany and obtain qualified appointments (physically or remotely).- Present our solutions and convince prospects of our added value.
  • Quote commercial offers, negotiate and finally close deals.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and identify new needs among our clients in order to sell them new solutions.
  • Suggest new sales techniques, optimizing our lead qualification strategy and processes.
  • Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce and our marketing automation tool Outreach.
