Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the region. This role requires a passionate professional with a deep understanding of the interior design and architectural industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the interior design, architectural, or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design and architectural market in the USA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Well-connected within the industry with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work independently with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within the USA as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the USA, focusing on interior design firms, architects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with Baresque’s product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • Work closely with the Australian head office and other team members to align strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and business development progress to senior management.
