Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are now hiring for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will be working directly with the Co-Founder and CEO, a true expert in their field.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Qualifying potential new clients on both their business objectives and how we can support on them but also alignment with our values, fostering a sustainable partnership
- Creating proposals crafted to showcase our services
- Maintaining an organised sales pipeline entails tracking leads, opportunities, and deals effectively
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing
- Managing and increasing overall client revenue, along with handling a personal client portfolio
- Referrals, renewals, and upsells with existing clients
- Leading the onboarding process streamlines client integration
- Presenting monthly performance calls
- Ad-hoc calls throughout the month maintain regular communication and support for clients
- Measuring retention rates
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Proven track record of sales from prospecting to closing whilst building a sales pipeline
- Strong account management experience necessary
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in fostering long-term relationships.
- Outstanding commercial skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and build rapport
- Proactive and results-driven
