Responsibilities:

  • OWN IT: Strive to master both sales skills and people skills.
  • SEEK OPPORTUNITIES: Constantly look for new opportunities.
  • ACTION LEADS: Quickly action leads, always digging deeper to recognize the full opportunity.
  • ENGAGE: Seek out, initiate contact, and nurture relationships with potential clients through direct outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
  • INVEST IN RELATIONSHIPS: Always seek to understand customer needs and pain points to best position a full solution.
  • STRATEGIZE: Develop and implement business strategies that support the company’s long-term vision and goals.
  • CONNECT & SERVE: Serve existing business customers, leveraging both internal and external support.
  • PRESENT & PROPOSE: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals tailored to each customer.
  • MAINTAIN ACCOUNTS: Use Rogers business systems for account maintenance.
  • UTILIZE CRM: Access business customer service information and update the CRM when interacting with customers.
  • PROCESS SALES: Process wireless activations via carrier systems, using Beyond Wireless Inventory and Invoice processing systems to complete sales.
