PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional certifications related to power generation, renewable energy or biofuels.
  • Experience with international biofuels markets and policies.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

As the new Business Development Manager in our Bioenergy and Power-Generation group you will play a leading, client facing role in translating customer enquiries into high quality technical and commercial proposals. This will include developing consulting projects, providing strategic advice to clients, and driving business development initiatives.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will collaborate closely with new prospects and existing clients, together with Ramboll project management and tender teams, and apply your commercial and technical expertise to support account new business initiatives. This will include;

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Power or Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Measurable experience in the power generation and bioenergy industry, with a proven track record in technology, consulting or project management roles.
  • Good knowledge of power generation and bioenergy/ biofuel technologies, lifecycle analysis, and sustainability standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in economic modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory frameworks in the biofuels sector
