JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth and adoption of our therapeutic solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging clinical expertise with business strategies, ensuring that our products and therapies are effectively integrated within healthcare institutions. This role involves close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, sales teams, and administrative leaders at both hospital and regional levels. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and Market Access and Government Affairs (MAGA) to develop and execute strategies that enhance clinical adoption, support protocol implementations, and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and scientific societies.
AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL BE THE OWNER OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF ASSIGNED CLINICAL AND THERAPY SEGMENTS TO WORK WITH ALL CLINICAL PARTNERS SUPPORTING THE SALES TEAM.
- Call on C-Suite at institution/regional level to cultivate strategic relationships and work closely with Area Managers (AM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) to support hospital therapy protocol implementation involving our products/solutions.
- You will coordinate Clinical Specialists supporting AM and ensure their full and continuous training and select strategic accounts for business development and implement strategies to quickly expand the business and keep and maintain updated all clinical evidence papers, guidelines, and other relevant documentation on assigned topics and act as the scientific representative of the business line.
- The Business Development Manager will handle relationships with key collaborators in scientific societies and work closely with sales managers to establish strategies for the short, mid, and long term.
- Product Launch Coordination: Maintain continuous contact with EMEA/platform marketing to set actions ensuring proper new product launches and keep the sales team updated.
- You will be responsible for the continuous learning and training of the sales, clinical, and marketing teams and work with AM/KAM to clearly define and scope the service offering to match each client’s needs.
