Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals.Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
